    PPF GATE to become the PPF Group‘s Headquarters in the Czech Republic

    New representative building in Prague 6 district will offer a modern office space for companies within PPF Group in the Czech Republic. Near famous Prague 6 „Roundabout square“, on Evropska avenue, the building is currently finalised, which will carry PPF GATE name. The owner of the multifunctional building is PPF GATE company, owned by PPF Group N.V.

    The estimated date for moving to the new premises is in the course of the second quarter 2008. PPF Group’s existing companies, which have their addresses at different Prague locations, will have their headquarters at PPF GATE. This move does not apply for companies within Ceska pojistovna Group, which is currently building its headquarters in Prague 4-Pankrac.

    PPF GATE will provide attractive space up to 20,000 m2 for almost 1,000 people, PPF employees as well as other tenants‘ staff located at seven floors of the office and retail space. Parking with more than 200 slots and storage is planned at the three-storey underground space. PPF GATE project includes also the overall adjustment of the building’s surroundings.

    Among others, the change of PPF Group’s Headquarters in the Czech Republic will bring CZK tens of millions in tax revenues for Prague 6 municipality. PPF Group decided to move its offices to this dynamic district, which is distinguished for its strategic location near the city center, Prague international airport as well as important transport routes.

    PPF Group intends to focus on building long-term relationship with local municipality and therefore contribute to its development. As an important player in the Czech economy, PPF Group is going to seek areas of mutual interest with Prague 6 municipality, be it development projects, facilities or social investments.
