PPF Group N.V. has completed acquisition of 2.02% of Generali shares

Amsterdam, April 13, 2010 – PPF Group N.V. announces that it has directly and indirectly through its 100% subsidiary Anthiarose Ltd. completed a purchase of 31,448,841 shares of Assicurazioni Generali. PPF Group thus gains a 2.02% interest in the share capital of a leading Italian insurer. PPF considers Generali shares to be an investment, which by its low risk profile complements appropriately the Group’s investment strategy.
