PPF Group has its corporate ownership and decision making structure based in the Netherlands. The group’s key holding company that defining strategic decisions regarding the entire group’s activities is the Amsterdam-based PPF Group N.V. This company owns 100% stake in Home Credit B.V. (holding structure for all companies within consumer financing & retail banking business branch in Home Credit Group) as well as it indirectly holds 49% stake in JV Generali PPF Holding which operates in the insurance market of CEE and Central Asia. PPF Group N.V. is also the majority owner of PPF banka a.s. and PPF a.s., the principal advisory company serving the entire group of PPF.
