PPF Partners is a private equity firm investing in Emerging Europe.
PPF Partners was established in late 2008 as a joint venture between two of the region's most successful and experienced financial services groups: PPF Group and Assicurazioni Generali. PPF Group holds 72.5% of PPF Partners and Generali holds 27.5%.
The creation of PPF Partners is the second significant collaboration between PPF Group and Generali. In 2007, the two groups created Generali PPF Holding, a joint venture that brought together the insurance assets of both Groups in the CEE region. The decision to join forces in private equity demonstrates the strong relationship between PPF Group and Generali and the belief in the benefits of bringing together their combined expertise.
